Wijziging van gebruiksvoorwaarden SAP Support

Als gevolg van de AVG (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming), in het Engels GDPR, heeft SAP de gebruiksvoorwaarden van de SAP ONE Support Launchpad en de SAP Support Portal aangepast. Zie hieronder het servicebericht in het Engels.

Advance Notice: New Terms of Use for SAP ONE Support Launchpad and SAP Support Portal

As a result of GDPR, the terms of use (TOUs) for the SAP ONE Support Launchpad and the SAP Support Portal will be adjusted accordingly.


In order to give our customers / the users of the SAP ONE Support Launchpad and the SAP Support Portal time to check the new TOUs we will establish a transition period from  January 15, 2018 – May 25,2018. During this period the users will be kindly requested to go through a pop-up in the Launchpad to read and accept the changes. There will be two options:


1. Should you instantly accept the new terms the pop-up will not be displayed.

2. Should you delay your decision you will be reminded again every two weeks. In this case you can continue working as before when you accepted the current version of the terms of use.


From 25th May accepting the new terms will be mandatory.


Newly created S-user accounts accessing the SAP ONE Support Launchpad for the first time will be directly asked to accept the new terms of use.
