SAP kondigde aan Conversational AI stop te zetten en kondigde vervolgens aan samen te werken met Microsoft en IBM Watson AI in SAP Solutions te integreren. Dingen veranderen snel. Daarom zijn we verheugd dat de Product Manager van SAP Digital Assistant de strategie van SAP verduidelijkt.

In which direction SAP is changing the conversational strategy? This quick round trip gives the insights about how AI is infused to our SAP Business Software in the shape of the SAP Digital Assistant. We will have the first glimpse for the first use cases in this area and an outlook what’s coming in the next months.
