As a logistics professional, I feel right at home within the VNSG Focus Group Supply Chain Management (SCM). My first introduction to SAP Logistics came in 2008 during my time with the Ministry of Defence. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with various SAP customers, allowing me to develop into a specialist in SAP Supply chain and Logistics.
Together with our core team, I’m committed to organizing sessions that promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the VNSG community
Rens Gepkens - Bestuurslid focusgroep Supply Chain Management Werkend voor Alliander, één van de drie grootste netbeheerders van Nederland, sinds 2009 actief binnen diverse takken van de supply chain. Ketenmanagement, supply chain management, leiding geven aan operationele warehousing teams en aan customer service, voorraadbeheer, transport & supply planning teams.
Telkens met de de ambitie om slimmer en operationeel excellenter te werken en IT-systemen efficiënter in te zetten. Via SAP WM en ECC en een S/4 EWM implementatie in 2021, nu in de volle breedte greenfield S/4 HANA supply Chain solutions aan het implementeren als ERP Product Owner. Samen leren en kennis & ervaring delen staan bij mij voorop, een reden om naast actief VNSG lid nu ook als bestuurslid aan de slag te gaan. The SAP Supply Chain domain has been my home for about 10 years now. Even after that time at every event I learn new things or meet new people who offer a different perspective on how to create a more resilient and sustainable supply chain in today’s turbulent world. Which is why I joined the VNSG SCM board, through hosting events and sharing the latest developments on SAP SCM we strive to connect and strengthen the SAP community in the Netherlands. It has been a wonderful addition to my function at Capgemini and often what I learn at the VNSG helps our clients at Capgemini and the other way around. I look forward to meeting you at our next event and collaborating on SAP Supply Chain topics!
Andy van Utrecht – Kernteamlid focusgroep Supply Chain Management
With a business background and a passion for process optimization, I began working with SAP in 2015, starting in Materials Management (MM). Since then, I have developed deep expertise across Supply Chain Management, focusing on Production Planning (PP, PP-PI) and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS). Over the years, I have led multiple S/4HANA implementations, transforming complex manufacturing requirements into efficient and scalable SAP solutions.
I am driven by collaboration, continuous improvement, and the pursuit of operational excellence. My focus is on bridging business and technology to create efficient, resilient, and future-ready supply chains.
Within the VNSG Supply Chain Management community, I look forward to contributing insights on digital manufacturing, integrated planning, and the evolving landscape of intelligent supply chain management.
